Service Quality and Revisions
Following the delivery of initial project outputs, clients may submit revision requests—pertaining to the original scope of service—within 7 calendar days. We will prioritize adjustments in cases where the delivered content deviates significantly from the agreed-upon plan. New requirements that fall outside the original scope may incur additional costs, which will be subject to the client’s prior approval.
